Steel construction
It is made of open steel profiles 3 mm thick with 5 mm thick sheet metal reinforcements.
The surface is coated with an epoxy primer and painted with a polyurethane varnish.

Roofing:
Steel structure composed of sandwich panels with a 100 mm thick polystyrene core.
The roof is sealed with 1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal over the entire surface.
Walls:
Sandwich panels with a 100 mm polystyrene core.
The exterior facade is made of
The metal is silver, white or graphite. The interior facade is white sheet metal.
Floor:
Welded steel profiles.
The seal is made of T-14 trapezoidal sheet metal.
The insulation is 100 mm of compressed rock wool.
The floor is made of 25mm OSB.
The finish is provided by industrial PVC cladding with high abrasion resistance and a flashing.
The container has a separate room for the toilet, sink and a 30-liter boiler.

Description technique
Frame:
Professionally welded steel structure, composed of hollow and rolled profiles (3 mm thick S235), self-supporting, primed and painted on a polyurethane base in RAL 7016, or according to customer requirements; Container corners of 8 pieces.
Soil structure:
Blind floor: 0.5 mm T14 trapezoidal sheet metal, riveted to the floor joists
Insulation: 100 mm mineral wool, 0.2 mm vapor barrier
Base plate: OSB panels, screwed onto profiled steel beams
Flooring: 2 mm PVC with skirting board, glued over the entire surface, marbled grey colour pattern.
